Why not just use the cheaper Matterport tours already in this market?
Naples 3D Home has owned the $199 Pro2 tour since 2014, and racing that price is not our plan. We lead with the Property File bundle — a twin plus exterior 3D mesh plus thermal in one mobilization — and sell standalone tours at $449 and up.
Can you scan an occupied hotel or restaurant?
Yes — that is precisely the case Matterport is for, versus an FPV cinematic pass, which we only fly in vacant staged homes. Occupied event space, banquet halls, and guest-facing areas get the same walk-through capture, scheduled off-hours with the GM's sign-off.
